MiniMakerAI converts user-uploaded 2D images into downloadable 3D miniature models. Outputs are algorithmically generated and may vary in quality.
3. Payments and Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a verified technical failure resulting in non-delivery of the generated model.
4. Ownership and License
The user owns the final generated 3D model. MiniMakerAI claims no ownership rights over completed models.
5. User Content and Image Rights
By uploading an image, you represent that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiniMakerAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
